We  do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

All items will be shipped via USPS with a tracking number. First class mail usually takes 1-4 days to arrive within the US.

International Shipping:
All shipping outside the US is via USPS first class mail and may take from 1-4 weeks.
We cannot track a package once it leaves the US. If package gets held in customs, it could take extra time as well. 

Buyer is responsible for any custom fees/taxes/import duties that may be charged by your postal office.

If you would like to upgrade to FedEx, International Priority or Express Mail, please email us.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please understand that once it leaves our hands it is now the responsibility of the US Postal Service to get it to you safely. Please make sure your address is correct when you check out. 

**For an additional cost you may add insurance to your item to insure that you do not have a lost package. If you prefer another shipping carrier or to upgrade to express shipping, please contact me and I would be happy to accommodate your request.


**You must initiate a return through the site in order to receive a credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package.

Items must be in its original condition, unworn and free of any damages. Must be in the original packaging to avoid restocking fee. Please include the packing slip with item you are returning circled.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless your item is damaged in the mail or you received an incorrect order)
Items must be mailed back within 1 week of initiating return and include a tracking number.
You will receive a refund to your credit card once the item is received and inspected.  Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to process.

Measurements and materials are listed so please read listing carefully before purchasing. 
Most stones are one of a kind and vary slightly in shape and color, so please keep that in mind when ordering.

**PLEASE NOTE: Earrings and hair accessories are NOT eligible for returns for sanitary reasons. Sorry, no exceptions.

Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

If you purchased an item from one of our retail partners, you must return the item to the store it was purchased at.
We only accept items purchased directly from our site.
