ORDER TIME AND SHIPPING:
Current processing time is 2-3 business days before your order ships out.
Pre order items may vary, please read listing for shipping time.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
All items will be shipped via USPS. All orders have a tracking number.
First class mail usually takes 1-4 days for the US and about 1-2 weeks for Canada.
All shipping outside the US is via USPS first class mail and may take from 2-4 weeks. We cannot track a package once it leaves the US. If package gets held in customs, it could take extra time as well.
Buyer is responsible for any custom fees/taxes/import duties that may be charged by your postal office.
If you would like to upgrade to FedEx, International Priority or Express Mail, please email us.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please understand that once it leaves our hands it is now the responsibility of the US Postal Service to get it to you safely. Please make sure your address is correct when you check out.
**For an additional cost you may add insurance to your item to insure that you do not have a lost package. If you prefer another shipping carrier or to upgrade to express shipping, please contact me and I would be happy to accommodate your request.
**You must initiate a return through the site in order to receive a credit or exchange.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and free of any damages to be exempt from any restocking fees.
If you would like to initiate a return, please initiate a retun through the web site within 7 days of receiving your package.
Items must be unworn and in original package. You must include the packing slip with item you are returning circled.
You will receive a refund to your credit card once the item is received and inspected.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping (unless your item is damaged in the mail or incorrect in which case we will provide a prepaid label)
Items must be mailed back and received within 1 week of initiating return for deistic returns.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to process.

Measurements and materials are listed so please read listing carefully before purchasing. Most stones are one of a kind and vary slightly in shape and color, so please keep that in mind when ordering.
